One Big Beautiful Bill Act - (OBBBA)
Signed into law on July 4th, 2025 the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) permanently extended the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) provisions and introduced new tax provisions for Businesses and Individuals.

These entities will need to file an initial and annual beneficial ownership disclosure statements or attestations of exemption.
